+695 No matter what, judgmental people will always find a reason to hate. For example, they see a fat person in a gym and think, "Geez you look like you should be hangin out at Mickey D's," but then they see a fat person in McDonald's and think, "Wow you fat pig why don't you go try some sit-ups?" There's just no pleasing them, amirite?

It's really sad too =( I feel like, if you genuinely criticize overweight people out of comcern for their health like so many people like to say, then you should be supportive and helpful when they try to better themselves, not shame them into hiding at home. Therefore, if you talk shit and aren't supportive, all you really are is a really pathetic person who looks down on others to boost their own ego.

yes! I mean everyone is judgmental and I can't say i haven't judged a fat person, but i definitely would be admiring them for trying to get healthy again.

Those people are why I don't work out. It's far easier to take the "fat" judgments then the "fat girl working out" ones.

Exactly; I actually hate working out with people, because I like to zone out into my music and concentrate, but one of my best gfs keeps saying she wants to start and I told her she can come with me if she wants... my work has a gym I can use for free and bring guests... but thus far no dice. So I tell her to come along or stfu about it now, basically... I offered her an easy way to do something and she won't, so that's as far as my sympathy goes. Not that I don't still love her, or that I think she's unattractive or gross; I just don't like people complaining about something they won't at least try to fix. Plus my grandma had diabetes, and I saw up close how much it really sucked =(

All you fatties can work out at home. I would say get a wii but your weight limit will probably break it.

I'm only judgmental in my head. :P But when I see fat people in the gym, I usually think, good for them that they're trying to lose weight. :) (But I don't like it when they wear tight clothes that get all covered in sweat and then they're all see-through and gross. :P Then again, that looks bad on everyone)

Nobody asked for your fucking sob story you fattie

by Anonymous 13 years ago

you're funny :) this isn't my sob story, this is my observation.

I respect fat people that go to the gym because they acknowledge it... and I'm sure everyone else here does too. If you're thinking "Go to Mcdonalds" then maybe you're just an overly aggressive person

I would hope so. This post came from an experience in a gym where the person I was with said something to that effect.
