+363 If you're Canadian, you can tell if it's snowball snow or not just by picking it up or looking at it, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Totally. That crystally ice like snow is useless!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

There's no way you can make a snowman out of that stuff!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Even when you try to make it melty with your hands, it just falls apart!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

but everyone who's had snow a couple times can tell. maybe you canadians just have a better eye than the rest of us :L

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm english and I can ;)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm American and I can.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

ono Canada is in America

by Anonymous 13 years ago

ono America commonly refers to the United States to many people.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(fangirl12):@691786 (Tacomuncher): the USA is a part of America, the country that is made up of united states. canada is another part of America, another country. American=from the united states? just because it's commonly said does not mean it's true.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You know I meant the United States of America.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Canada is in NORTH America, as in the continent, rather than America, the country.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Would a more acceptable response have been "I'm United Statesian"? Whether you like it or not, "American" is officially the demonym so get your unfunny, annoying troll head out of your ass. You're wrong, he and the rest of us are right.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

poor mexicans then. i bet they'd want to be called American too since they LIVE IN AMERICA but too bad they have to only live in that one select country with all the conceited fatasses

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I totally agree with you but look at it this way. United States of Brazil (yes, believe it or not) is the country's full name. You wouldn't say united statians. As for united states of america, american would be ok except brazil isn't the name of a full continent so it seems more correct since it doesn't involve a full continent's name.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

yeah, that's all i was arguing. i didn't know it was the official demonym so i guess i argued wrong. there are multiple countries in America and it's unfair to call Americans only one of those countries' people. USA should've gotten their own name, so they would be United States of ____ since they're not even the only united states in the continent of america(now that you mention brazil being united states)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I do believe they used to teach "America" as a full continent instead of it being split into north, south (central?) but now they changed it. I still have it set in my mind that america is one full continent and canadians are americans just as much as Chileans.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

yeah, that's what i think about America. I mean, it's one continent, we don't call eastern Asia and western Asia different continents do we? plus, that's what Europe calls it, America.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm from New Jersey, and I know immediately (even after not having been in snow for seven years). It's not just a Canadian thing.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Minnesotans can tell :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I was totally gonna say that, but you beat me to it. :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Minnesota, ftw.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

My thoughts exactly.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i live in tennessee and i can tell

by Anonymous 13 years ago

high fuckin five me too!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

How? We never get any snow in Tennessee! hah.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I live in Texas where it never snows, and I can still tell...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Let me settle this right now. We Canadians have a very good eye for it, you Americans and other parts of the world can do it, but definetly not as well as canadians can.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Soguesswhat.): what about people in alaska

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Soguesswhat.): how hard is it???

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Soguesswhat.): How exactly are there different skill levels of being able to determine if snow is good for making snowballs or not?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Soguesswhat.): Well, Canadians had to be good at something at some time or another.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Anyone else live in Connecticut? Lol, doubt it, small state :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Meeee! CT FTW :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

*High Fives* :D

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm Australian and I sure as hell can't.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

we barely get snow once a year and I can tell... it's not a big deal

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Us New English also have this ability.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That's me

by Anonymous 13 years ago

The same if you're a Vermonter :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

NORTH DAKOTA :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm from Idaho and I can. But I really really doubt some of these other claims. They may think they can, but psh, it doesn't snow like that unless you are in Canada or are a border state.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I live in Idaho, too! And it has snowed in June here, so, yeah. We know what's up. haha

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ah, yes, the annual June snowstorm :) lovely isn't it? Are you in southeast Idaho, or nothern?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Southeastern, I live in Pocatello. You?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Near there. I'm sorta paranoid, so I'm not going to say my town on here, sorry! But I was just in Pocatello a few days ago to pick my sister up from homecoming

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah, I get paranoid sometimes too, but I figure that there are enough people living in pocatello that it doesn't really matter haha. Plus, most people haven't even heard of pocatello, let alone Idaho haha

by Anonymous 13 years ago

haha true dat

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Canada, Canada, Canada...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

...if you're Canadian? Anyone who has seen snow more than once can tell.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Us Floridians can do the same with sand :D

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Haha the perfect snow.. The slightly wet ones :D I'm Canadian.. Quebec and we have loads of snow!..... Also Mexico is in America tooo

by Anonymous 13 years ago

...Wisconsin, FTW.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

But if you're from Alberta, just wait 5 minutes and the snow will be gone :/

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Canada is not in America, we have to have passports to go there..

by Anonymous 13 years ago

lol what? If I'm from Germany, i'd need a passport to go to... say Poland. Both European... still need a passport. (If the European Union makes passports obsolete, that's another story)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's easy in Chicago, too

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm from Texas and I can, uh... Tell you that we freak out if it barely flakes any tiny amount of snow whatsoever.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm Canadian but I don't believe that Canada is the only place in the *entire world* that gets snow. Vancouver Island barely gets any snow but I can still tell, so I would think anyone could..

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I LIVE ON THE ISLAND TOO!!! :L yeah and it never snows -_-

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yayyy :D And yeah it kinda sucks :(

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I know :/ hopefully this year though, because I hate that stupid slush we get instead :(

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Urg I know. It gets all dirty and gross. :(

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I live in Haiti and I can tell

by Anonymous 13 years ago

HEY DON'T LEAVE OUT MINNESOTANS!!!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Utah has "the best snow on earth", I think we can tell.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

tru facs.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

@ihatesocks I we can indeed!

by Anonymous 13 years ago
