That's not even true... I bet most people would only have about 10 wishes, and honestly, if it came right down to it and I had some actual magic wishes, I'd probably wish for the people with cancer to be better... (My dad's friend has cancer) Not to mention, I'd say depending on the person, a cancer patient would probably have more than just that one wish... Although I do get the point of the post, it's saying that people are too wrapped up in their own lives/problems to realise that some people, such as cancer patients, have it worse. Might as well mention, I've seen this somewhere else at least a few times. I'm guessing it's one of those copy-paste things..

I'm a cancer patient, and I'm actually wishing for a car for my 17th birthday. I find your cutesy "thoughtful" post kind of condescending, because you're basically saying that we're too preoccupied with being terminally ill to want to live our lives to the fullest before we die.

Tired of all this copying and pasting...........Not because I dont care but because I DO CARE..........try calling or visiting instead. That is what a cancer patient needs! support and From experience it sure helps the cancer patient to know that his or her spouse and family have that emotional support.....
