+489 1960's: Skirts up to your ankle 1990: Skirts up to your knee 2010: Skirt half way up your thigh, This isn't a good pattern. amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Isn't it?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Umm.... no. This could mean that in 20-30 years most girls will be wearing skirts so high you'll be able to see their ass ( as some girls already do), not a good thing

YESSSS Jk.

.........

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i think it is! :D

by Anonymous 13 years ago

@703606 (EpicFun): That would be a great thing. I think girls are hot when they're not wearing anything.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That's not just a good thing, that's a great thing...as long as they're not like 300 lbs or 11 years old etc.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

wait, that's bad?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I think so.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Eventually girls will start wearing skirts upside down...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

And some guys.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

2025: no skirts at all ;D

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Its a very good pattern :)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Not it isn't. Think about what this one simple this implies.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I like this pattern =)

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I can't wait for a nudist lifestyle. It will be very liberating.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Think about your grandmother naked. THINK ABOUT FAT PEOPLE NAKED.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Doesn't phase me. It's just the human body in various forms.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Anthropolgy reasoning...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

There is nothing more boring than nudity.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Personally, it would be quite thrilling to not have to wear a bra anymore.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Only because you're accustomed to wearing one. Girls who never had to wear a bra in the first place wouldn't find it too thrilling. It seems to me that things would be a lot duller if nudity became acceptable in society. I'm not a fan of the fashion industry, but it is true that clothing reflects our personality and is part of what makes us individuals. Also, the fact that everything is out in the open means that there are no secrets. There is nothing to look forward to. It just seems boring in my opinion.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

That's great for you, but in any case I will find it liberating.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

actual girls started wearing pencil skirts to their knee in the 50's just sayin'

by Anonymous 13 years ago

2020: Underwear

by Anonymous 13 years ago

2030: Nothing

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Nooo...Not a bad pattern at all...for hookers...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Mini skirts were worn in the 1960's. I think you meant 1860's

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Dress codes at school will soon just be: cover nipples, ass, and genetals.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Too bad skirts up to the knee were common in the 60s... As for the 90s, mini-mini skirts were basically invented then. I think you're not historically accurate.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I think it's perfectly fine. Soon, we'll all be naked, which is NATURAL, just like Adam & Eve. People are too fucking sensitive about skin these days.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm not sensitive about skin, but I still think it's a bad pattern. Nudity is boring.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If it's boring, then why is it a bad pattern? If it's boring, then the nudity would be insignificant. :O

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm not sure I understand the question. You're asking why boring is bad?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm not sure I understood what I meant. :/ Still, personally, I wouldn't find nudity boring if it was acceptable. I mean it'd be just like everything else that's acceptable nowadays. You wouldn't really think about it, it'd just be there. :P

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Of course you wouldn't. You wear clothing on a regular basis. It would be strange and exiting for that to change. For the generation that grew up nude, it would be more boring than it is for us because with clothing you at least have the option of being varied.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

This was the pattern at the start of the century. Think about the flappers in the 1920s. Those skirts were well above their knees. Then the baby boom in America happened and the general population became more family oriented and conservative, making skirts longer for a few years. This probably isn't going to happen again though.
