60's

Exactly!!! Probably my favorite decade of the 1900s. Would be amazing to live it out.

60's. Maybe 70's.

Yeah if you were straight, white and a man.

Guys were more classic looking, and more respectful

Because coming home expecting your wife to wait on you hand and foot, even if she was heavily pregnant or ill, while being allowed to hit her and it being brushed off by male-only police as 'family matters' is so respectful.

Hahahhahah dude more so today do teen girls get into disrespectful relationships like that. And I think maybe in the 20s during the depression but the fifties? When two ppl fell in love it was real. And completely on eachothers company. Now everyone texts their boyfriend and get over fights on Facebook on stupid shit like "why did u like her photo?" idk the fifties seem more real to me

Personally, I'd ideally have been born in 1930 so I could be a young adult in the 40s but the 50s would be great, too.

I've sort of wished that before. It was such a simpler time. People in general were classier, fewer marriages ended in divorce, prayer to God was still allowed in schools, and children were raised to be respectful, high-functioning members of society. Those were the days.

I'd like to have lived as a teenager/young adult in quite a few decades. I feel like there would be nothing better than being a flapper, but I think that the 40s-90s would be interesting to experience as well.
