Dude, I don't know when the last time was when you had diarrhea, but It must have been a while ago. Diarrhea is like, uncontrollable poop, and you'd know that if you'd had it within the last three-or-so years.

Yeah but a fart is an uncontrollable expulsion as well. The two aren't opposites, so your analogy shouldn't make them appear to be. It makes more sense then for a brain fart to be a burst of idea and brain diarrhea is when you can't stop thinking.

"Brain fart" shouldn't mean blanking out. Blanking out should be "brain constipation." Then your brain diarrhea analogy would work.
