My mom got rid of them all. It was sad and now I'm mad because we have very few Disney movies on DVD where we had so many on VHS! D:

I was like "WTF, now if I stop in the middle of the movie, it won't stop there?! This sucks." And then I tried watching a VHS a while back and I couldn't even figure out how to rewind it T_T

No, 'cause we were in India when it happened and we didn't have a TV. But, I do remember when we were leaving America only having VHS, and when we arrived in Ireland it was all DVD... I don't know if that counts :P

My family still uses the VCR haha, we didn't get a DVD player till like 2007 when the stores and rental places generally stopped stocking VHS and we couldn't watch movies anymore

I remember sitting in the car with friends. The question "WHO HAS A DVD PLAYER" was relevant. We were in first grade. I think my first dvd player was bought in 2003? The first disc was PROBABLY finding nemo.
