+274 Autotune isn't intrinsically bad. Used by the right person (ie. someone with real talent) it can act to enhance a song, amirite?

Someone with 'real talent' shouldn't need to use it in the first place. I also find that small microtonal changes can add so much more emotional depth and melodic interest. The best singers (in my opinion) are not those who sing in perfect pitch, but those who know how to use the pitches between those on a keyboard.

yes but even someone with 'real talent' cant sing perfectly 100% of the time. its ok if you can already sing, but if you cant sing at all, then even autotune doesnt help very much, it just makes everyone know your using it.

Autotune gets annoying when a singer uses it too much. Its even more annoying when they have a really good voice but then autotune "enhances" it.
