Everyone knows the worst part of cooking is cleaning up, amirite?

and the best part is eating :D

Making it: "This is fun! I get to mix things up and see it change textures and stuff!"
Cooking it: "Ok, so I have to wait so that isn't great, but at least I can look forward to it, it's cool to watch it change colors, and the smell is nice."
Eating it: "This tastes amazing. I'm so glad I cooked something"
Cleaning up: "Ok. Now I've got no food, and I have to do work while reminding myself I no longer have food"

Why not clean up while you wait for it to bake? What, do you just sit there?

Actually yes.
I'm really lazy, and a part of me is just hoping my mom will offer to help.

Cooking is not for the lazy.

I'm not lazy when it comes to the cooking part because I enjoy it, and always have. It's just what comes AFTER the cooking that I procrastinate on.

Well, maybe all you cook is cookies from a mix, then, because real cooking is hard work. Sometimes the cooking itself is harder than the cleaning after.

No trust me, I really cook, and have since I was a kid. I just don't consider it hard work because I find it fun.

I clean as much as I can while the food actually cooks. Then while the food is cooling down, I clean something else and at the end, I only have a pan and a fork or two to clean.
