-71 Guys should make the first move. Girls are supposed to have dignity. Besides if he doesn't even have the courage to tell you he likes you he isn't worth it, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

you do realize that the tradition was the guy did everything because in the olden days people belived women couldn't do anything so tectnically you are inforcing sexism against the female gender and plus you have to comprise or he will think you're not worth it

by Anonymous 13 years ago

it USED to be like that, obviously no one thinks like that anymore. it is not inforcing sexism.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Man people always findin somethin to hate!! Jeez calm down!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

And guys are just supposed to not have dignity?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Y'all keep trying to make me sound sexist! Quit it!! This is what I think: girls should not be as aggressive as guys sure flirting is fine but it shouldnt be the girl who says hey wanna go out with me

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Did you seriously just use "y'all" on the Internet?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

because punching some in the face is totally the way to asking them out i belive you mean couragous or something

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Ha-HA!!!! I'm just gonna sit here and watch you humiliate yourself; I have DIGNITY!!!!!!!! MUAHAHAHA! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!! .....sorry. I can objectively see why you can think that. I think it's fine if the girl asks the guy out, although I wouldn't, and I think that shy doesn't equal not couragous.

Cough sexist cough.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I do think that guys should be the ones to ask the girl out, but making the first move in general shouldn't be the guy's job. I told a guy I liked how I felt because I got too impatient waiting for him to say something, and now we've been dating for over a year. Girls shouldn't be afraid to make the first move at all.

Trololololo?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

If a guy isn't worth it because he doesn't have the "courage" to tell you he likes you, doesn't that mean a girl isn't worth it either if she won't tell the guy? Let's not have a double standard here.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Just don't give us mixed signals. I hate that shit.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

What if the guy is shy! He might be intimidated and too nervous to ask a girl out. There's nothing wrong with the girl taking the first step!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Well, you just set the feminist movement back about 50 years.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

By the same standards, the girl shouldn't be worth it if she doesn't have the courage to tell him. By any other standards...yeah, you kind of sound sexist.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You've been liking too many Facebook groups obviously.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I hope you never get asked out ever.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Bitch, please.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I asked out my boyfriend. What's wrong with having a little bit of spunk? Some guys are too shy to make the first move.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Thiiiiiiiise is pretty sexist. Why can't girls be allowed to make the first move? Also, just being shy doesn't make a guy worthless.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

HAHA, THIS "WOMAN" IS ATTEMPTING TO POST HER OPINION ON THE INTERNET! WOMEN DON'T HAVE OPINIONS!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Jesus Christ): like blacks don't have rights?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

what if this is a lesbian relationship

by Anonymous 13 years ago

This is really stupid... we're supposed to be moving forward and not forcing gender sterotypes on people. There is nothing wrong with the girl asking the guy out if she wants to.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

LEAVE IT AT -69!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I think it's perfectly fine for girls to make the first move and ask out the guy. Personally I would rather a guy ask me out, but I have no problem kissing him first or holding his hand first etc. It's all about preference. If you have the same preference as me, that's cool. But it isn't wrong for it to be the other way around.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

gender roles exist, that why we like eachother and not people of the same sex

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yup. Because asking someone you like out means you have no dignity whatsoever. Jesus fucking Christ, people these days...
