"Pack my bag with five dozen liquor jugs" only repeats vowels... I don't think it's possible to use only 5 vowels in a sentence with 26 letters.

Never heard that one o.O I know it's not, even using ''y'' in place of a vowel, but it'd still be nice :)

There is one that's pretty close to the one softball8 said that only uses each letter once but I'm also not sure what it is exactly.

It doesn't make too much sense, but it is grammatically correct! By the way, sentences that contain all 26 letters are called panagrams, and panagrams that 26 letters long are called perfect panagrams. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_pangrams#Perfect_pangrams_in_English_.2826_letters.29
