It wouldn't be much of an advertisement if they were showing what eating fast food really does to you. They make everyone in the commercial young, skinny, beautiful, popular and happy because thats what everyone wants to be...and hey, maybe eating some McDonald's can help me get there, I mean look how perfect that girl is with her BigMac in the commercial
