Haha, yeah. Way too often for my own good. My friend said his grandmother has consumed human flesh before, although she didn't know it was a human until after she already ate it. Said it tasted like pork, except sweeter.

She "tripped" her husband while preparing dinner and he fell in the oven. Then she somehow got amnesia from the accident and forgot that he was a human and ate him. Her memory slowly returned, but it was too late. Her hunger for human flesh could never be satisfied. And thus, a monster was born. GRANNY THE CANNI. I could probably think of a better name if I wanted to take the effort.

Yeah, there's footage of a cannibal saying it tastes like strong pork, and if we were unaware it was human, most people wouldn't know the difference. Creeeepy.
