I think they mean "just as capable of doing things as men." Which we are, by the way. Just because we're smaller and weaker doesn't mean that we should do absolutely nothing and be miserable. Men take the 'bigger and stronger' thing way too far.

PMS is a natural physical state, and not all women have mood swings. Women are good at just holding up through tough situations, yes, maybe they cry, that's how they handle it, but they are emotionally strong, they can live through a lot of things. For instance, the suicide rate among women is way lower than men's.

Women choose ways like overdose and wrist cutting for suicide, which are less likely to succeed. Since women attempt suicide much more often than men, it proves that they're less stable emotionally. It's due to the fact that they have a lot of estrogen.

It's because men are naturally dominant and controlling and unfortunately most women seems to avoid conflict and try to keep peace so these traits do naturally lead to one gender mentally and physically over power the other.

Physically, in general, women are not as strong as men. Women are built differently, but of course any woman can become just as physically strong as a male if she works hard enough. That's besides the fact that women are still brainwashed a lot of the time to do what men tell them to in parts of the country/world.
