+398 If Christians are allowed to flaunt their Christian-ness, then I should be allowed to offhandedly mention that I'm Agnostic, amirite?

Go agnostics! Who knows if god exists or not?

agree

by Anonymous 14 years ago

no one said you can't lol

by Anonymous 14 years ago

No one said you can`t, its OK as long as you dont attack Chritianity or any other religion for that matter

I have a lot of "friends" who have pretty much said that I'm not allowed to talk about my Agnosticism

Go back to your muslim witch circles, hippie... (joking)

by Anonymous 14 years ago

ugh yep...some people are going to get offended... controversy

by Anonymous 14 years ago

Yeah, no one says you can't. It's called freedom of speech. YOU have the right to talk about being agnostic, and OTHERS have the right to agree or disagree with you. And, of course, vice versa. You can't complain about people disagreeing though, because they're just exercising their freedom of speech and opinion, just how you are with disagreeing with Christianity (and other religions, I assume) and being agnostic so on.

well I wouldn't say Christians *flaunt* they beliefs!

by Anonymous 14 years ago

Unfortunatly, some do and it gives the rest of us a bad rep.

Totally agree with all whats been said so far

by Anonymous 14 years ago

totally. someone asked me what religion i was the other day and i said agnostic atheist and the whole room stared at me like I had screamed a swear word or something.

by Anonymous 14 years ago

I know. I hate that other religious people, such as Christians, can advertise their beliefs with crosses, etc. but I can't mention that I'm an atheist without being treated like a leper. Where's the fairness in that? :/

My family would disown me if they knew that I was Agnostic...
