Not sticky rice, the rice that you're supposed to eat with chopsticks. Also, when eating loose rice like that, you're supposed to use the back end of the chopsticks sorta like a shovel... It's actually really easy...

I agree with the first commenter, watch any Asian person eat rice. You're supposed to hold the bowl up to your mouth (you will look stupid trying to eat rice off a plate) to minimize the time the rice has to fall out of the chopsticks. I personally don't shovel (it's more of a guy thing) but I usually try to eat it in chunks. And I'm not even Asian! It's really not that hard, assuming you actually know how to use chopsticks.
