+431 It is actually astonishing how well dyslexic people seem to be faring; Tom Cruise, Orlando Bloom, Steve Jobs, Cher, Walt Disney, Thomas Edison, Salma Hayek, Keira Knightley, Patrick Dempsey, Lewis Caroll, Leonardo da Vinci, Sir Richard Branson, Danny Glover, Steven Spielberg... This is not how Natural Selection is supposed to work, amirite?

What does natural selection have to do with that in the least?

You are so badass. Acting like an internett bully. Picking on all the other kids. It's just so constructive, we love you. Love from Clyde the orangutan & and all his internett friends.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Clyde the orangutan): TROLOL how is he a bully?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

He picks on all the other kids, and especially me. Once he even told me i was stupid. And im soooooo not stupid.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

(Clyde the orangutan): Something is wrong with you. Did I call you stupid? Oh, boo-hoo. Go cry in a corner. It's probably because you were being stupid. I don't go around calling people of normal intelligence stupid; that's just pointless. Now, if you made some terrible arguments, or showed exactly how smart you were, then yeah, I probably called you dumb. Because you are dumb. So, what? You whine about it on here? Okay... Immature AND stupid. Great combo.

how do they really know that daVinci was dyslexic

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You also forgot about einstein

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Einstein wasn't dyslexic, you moron. He actually got really good grades in school, and ended up going to university two years before the norm. The rumour that he failed, and was bad at school, was started when he failed the test to get into college, and therefore had to wait another year before he could.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

You say that like dyslexic people aren't smart. The reason WHY people are dyslexic is because they're so smart that their minds rearrange letters. I know three people who are dyslexic and they all do really well in school.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I know two and they're both average students at best. I'm not saying they can't be smart, I just don't think it's related to intelligence.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I don't think being overly intelligent would cause you to see letters weirdly. Dyslexia isn't related to intelligence, though they might get worse grades if they had to do a lot of reading and writing?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It is, actually. Even more so being overly creative. Their brains have so little trouble reading the word that it flips the letters. Other kids with dyslexia read so fast that their brains go back over the words, reading them backwards.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Wow, that's really cool! :D Though a few of the dyslexics I know don't seem to be too intelligent or creative, but maybe that's just them. :P

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I think Einstein was Autistic though or something like that.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Most of these people are already dead though...

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Picasso, Andy Warhol, Muhammed Ali, Agatha Christie, George Washington, Woodrow Wilson, Thomas Stonewall Jackson, etc. ...it's practically an advantage.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

now think of the people without dyslexia who are famous...its almost everybody else

by Anonymous 13 years ago

The hell does natural selection have to do with reading anyway? It's not like it's harder to survive without reading, sheesh.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Kinda is... the world is full of stuff that'll kill ya. Unless you can read

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Don't forget Whoopi! :D

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I'm not entirely sure he is in real life but George Lopez as well? I just remember that being part of one episode...
