It works like thisMen are praised for being "man-sluts" because of all the hard work they have to put in to it. Men have to shell out money for the movie, dinner, they have to work their charm, ect ect. Women, however, can walk up to any guy they want, whenever they want, ask to have sex, and in about ten minutes be upside down and half-way to happy land. And that's why men are praised, because they have to work extra hard for it. While women just basically have to ask.

A woman with an unnaturally high libido isn't necessarily one who sleeps around. If she's seeing someone, she may wants sex more than the average woman would, and if she's alone, she may masturbate more than most women do. But even those women are ostracized because society doesn't seem to believe that women are supposed to have high sex drives.

I think most of the time when a girl has a high libido and has a lot of sex, it's not the men who call her sluts, it's other women. I think it has a lot to do with jealousy. "Some chick slept with the guy you like? That slut!!"
