+458 One of the hardest things for Disney to accomplish is a Princess that weighs over 100 pounds, amirite?

Headline: IS DISNEY ENCOURAGING OBESITY?! -Media will twist anything

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Maybe because princesses aren't supposed to be fat.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Um being over 100 pounds does not mean you are fat. Besides being a princesse has nothing to do with your weight.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yeah yeah I know 100 lbs isn't overweight. But I'm just saying they don't make overweight princesses because that's just not right. And yes when you are part of a royal hierarchy you must always be beautiful and fit or else you end up like Cinderella (:

I honestly dont think princesses HAVE to be fit and pretty. An obese/over-weight, or plainly chubby person can be beautiful too. I dont see why its not possible, and a princess over 100 pounds shouldn't be known as 'not fit.' Every girl is beautiful, fat or skinny.

I think I just fell in love with you for this comment. xP

You're a fucking idiot.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I completely agree. Who the fuck wants to watch a Disney movie with a princess that you wouldn't fuck.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I think the only exception to this is in Enchanted, when they had to use a live actress.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Dude, I was just talking about this with my friends! its weird, because then they show the normal sized people and they look super fat.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Yes, but a five year old girl doesn't want to play with a fat doll.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

How is being over 100 pounds considered fat? Seriously?

by Anonymous 11 years ago

It's not at all. I'm over 100 pounds. I guess I just read this wrong, I was assuming you were talking about how they never have plus-size princesses.
