Okay straighten, then pull the top layers in a ponytail while you tease the bottom layers. Hairspray that, then let the top layers down. Use a comb to tease these too. Hairspray. Get a boar hair or plastic brush. Tease everything again and use ou hands to fix it. Hairspray it all over again. Put in extensions. Pull your fringe to the side. Put on a headband. FINALLY, done.

Look it up on google XD haha its basically someone who teases their hair a lot and wears a lot od make-up and bows and accessories...but google explains it better...I prefer my hair just straight with a side fringe though x)

First you straighten your hair, then layer by layer you hairspray the crap out of your hair and then tease it like crazy. THEN do it all over again and again:3 I use clip in extensions, and some have crazy colors for people who don't want to just dye their hair(: FINALLY, when your hair is purfect, use a bow or place a couple bobby pins in your bangs...once you're done, hairspray everything AGAIN just to make sure it stays like that all day:3
