I think the basic rules for most on-lookers is never to assume a woman is pregnant, nor ask, unless they are currently on the ground giving birth, no matter what their body looks like.

I'm not overweight, but I have stomach muscles which allow me to push my belly out so far that it's round. I stood next to my 6 month pregnant cousin and I was bigger... Crazy. Aaaanywhoooo...

No you can always tell when somebody is pregnant because they just get a huge belly. With bigger people they're bigger everywhere, like their arms and face.
