I think there are lots of questions it hurts to ask. Examples: From potential future-mother-in-law: "So do you come from a nice Christian family?" No I don't. But I'm a nice Christian. Does that mean I'm not worthy to date your son? What does it matter? From substitute band teacher: "You have a better french horn than that, right?" Well yeah, it's in the shop for now. But what if I don't? what if my family is too poor to buy me a good instrument? I still sound better than all the other hornists in this school. From a boy in whatever science class I took sophomore year: "What's your bra size?" Creep. Go away.

ive been hurt by a lot of questions, whether their intention was to hurt me or not. i just don't want to hurt anyone with my questions, cuz ive "walked in those shoes"
