+152 You hate kids that speak of politics that they really know nothing about, especially when they are usually regurgitating what thier parents spoon fed them, amirite?

Yeah. Once I had an argument with some kid, and I don't usually try to bring age into it, but it was about employment, and he was 13 and had never had a job. I mean, yeah, he may have known some theories about how things should how workplace policies should be, but he'd never had any knowledge of actually having to get up every day and go to work.

Hmm yea I can see how frustrating that would be great example

You know what really bothers me is kids at my school that talk bad about president barrack obama. I myself am no fan of the man but I can't stand kids badmouthing a man of wich they know nothing about

Mmh, yeah. While I generally keep out of American politics, you see it here too, and you just KNOW that they're repeating what their dad or whoever said last night while watching some news program.

Exactly my point. They don't even know what the man stands for so how can they formulate a educated opinion. Are you from England ? I have family in Yorkshire my father is British.

Same with religion.

OH GAWD... YES...YESS. ...ULTIMATE IN AGREEMENT I tell people the same age as me to shut the fuck up, they can't even vote yet.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

It's just as annoying when a kid is going through a rebellious stage where they go against everything their "mean" parents tell them.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

Unfortunately it's not limited to kids. Many people regurgitate what they hear on TV with equal conviction.

by Anonymous 11 years ago

YES. Every time I see a political status on my facebook/twitter I want to scream. You're 15/16, haven't taken a single economics class, and clearly are just a robot regurgitating your parents' political smear-slogans. No one should pick a party unless they're knowledgeable in basic economics and foreign policy.

In Florida, we're required to take a Government and Economics class our senior year before we graduate. I don't know if that's what it's like in other states, but people in my school could //seriously// use it.
