so true mooniecakes, it's easy to think that it's gonna last forever, it makes you happy to think that it'll last forever, but will it last forever? Nothing is ever forever, but never say never :P

This reminds me of a post I saw yesterday, ''Just because it didn't last forever, doesn't mean it wasn't love.'' I loved someone, real actual love, not some stupid crush. I thought it would last forever. Turns out he didn't love me the same way I loved him. It's been well over a year and I'm still not over it. I don't sit in my room and cry all day, and I understand he's moved on, but I know that a part of me will always love him. If you really love someone, you never truly get over it.

(Your name (optional)): Who says you HAVE to get over it? You keep the good memories and learn from the bad ones. Eventually, you'll come across someone who will never leave you. Life goes on. :)

You're right. You don't have to get over it. Even with someone else there'll always be those memories and that part of you that still loves them. Kinda pisses me off though that the post says just because you were wrong about how long you'd last, now you're wrong about thinking you'll never get over it.
