+303 Disney girls are sometimes seen as weak because they seem to need men, but most show strength in unique ways. Mulan is a war hero, Pocahontas respects the earth, Belle is intelligent and patient. Jasmine is adventurous, Meg saves her self from being a slave, Arielle is curious and wishes to explore worlds beyond her own. They are much better role models than the Disney girls today, amirite?

If cartoon characters were real, I bet they'd smoke salvia too.

I don't think so. I mean, not all real girls smoke salvia. Unless what you said was a joke, then it's funny. Haha sorry, it's a bit hard to tell!

(Disney<3): It was a joke.

There's nothing wrong with smoking salvia. In fact, I'd think it was respectable if done responsibly. Unfortunately, I know very few people who've smoked it responsibly, and my fiance is not one of them.

Alright thanks for the reminder, I even own that one on VHS, but shes not a "disney girl" she witty and seductive and kind of a traitor haha

I think OP means Disney girl just as a girl who was in a Disney movie

I said the same thing

WHAT? Miley Cyrus isn't a good role model?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Thanks for giving the Disney girls some credit! I hate it when people diss them. Also, sorry for saying diss.

i hope you mean the girls on Disney CHANNEL, because every Disney princess has a characteristic that makes them strong.

Even Disney princesses today are good role models. Tiana follows her dreams and doesn't give up on them, even when she's a freaking frog.

Yeah, but she's black.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Why bring race into the argument? To be quite honest, being black back in her time (the 40's?) was even harder.

Rapunzel honors perseverance.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Um, you forgot Rapunzel. She's my favorite because she kicks ass, basically.
