Girls: You don't actually wash your hair every day, amirite?

If I was my hair everyday then it will get dry an break and then my hair looks nasty xP

It dries out and it's not shiny and pretty if I wash it everyday, so, no, I don't.

It's not healthy to do that. Your hair needs its natural oils.

Yeah, you aren't supposed to cause they say its bad for it. There are many types of hair though. Some people have greasy hair and have to wash it all the time

You're not supposed to wash it every day. Doing so will strip out the oils that keeps it healthy.

you can use dry shampoo for the days u don't wash,- for the girls whose hair gets greasy they don't wash. happens to me too, I hate it :P

I've heard of dry shampoo but I've never used it. How does it work, is it like a powder or some kind of gel or what? Because my hair gets nasty so easily, and I hate having to shower almost twice a day :(

omg I know me too!! if I shower in the morning and wash my hair, if I wanna go out at night I have to wash my hair again. and it comes in lke a spray can like hair spray, and ur supposed to spray it on ur roots and it comes out white like a powder kindof and u have to rub it in and wait a lil bit and it just soaks up the grease and yuckyness lol :) its kinda expensive though =/

My hair gets greasy as fuck if I don't wash it. It's nasty. It's gotten better since my hair is short, but it is still ridiculous.

Mine is the same way. The most it can last is 36 hours.

I have SUPER greasy hair, so I have to wash every day. People keep recmmending dry shampoo, but it just does not work for me :/

I wash my hair twice a day. It's completely unnecessary but it makes my hair a million times softer and very shiny.

Nah not really. It's worse if I go a long time without washing it. It may work for my hair and not yours...but keep in mind everyone takes care of their hair differently....

Depends on what you consider "wash," because I don't shampoo it every day but I do get it wet and put conditioner in.

Yeah I have really thick hair and wavy hair. And if I don't condition it the ends get puffy and I look like a poodle.
