The only couples that I can think of at my school that have lasted a while are all really attractive people dating really attractive people.

Sometimes I think that's true because if you aren't as physically attractive, your personality is that much better. "Pretty" couples in my school were usually only together because they were popular, so it never lasted.

Throw the pretty/popular couples for a loop. Simply ask them why they like their partner. Their answer pretty much explains the existence of this post.
