(NO!!!): Not really physically, unless they literally lost the body and have no idea where they are..."I'm sorry we lost him.." "He's dead??!" "No...I mean we really lost him, we don't know where he is, thats the last time I text during surgery...aha ha...yeah...my bad"

Touche, but there are some stupid doctors out there. I guess I meant to say that you have lost any interaction with them, unless you are really creepy and do stuff with corpses.
