There needs to be something in between like and love, for like crushes, that you don't love love but you more than like, and for good friends/bffs and/or one that's not used in a romantic way.

Its a good thing but only when the person saying it means it. It can lead to alot of heartbreak if its just meaninglessly tossed around.

If I mean it I say it all the time. Some people think that makes it lose it's meaning, but if you don't say it enough people tend to doubt how you feel. It's much better to say it too much than not say it enough.
