Just because you're a certain race, doesn't mean you can be racist against your own people. Like "Indian's smell, it's ok I can say it, I'm Indian." It's still offensive. amirite?

Yeah and no. Yeah, being of that race doesn't give you the authority to badmouth other people of it - being of the same nationality and skin colour doesn't mean you automatically know their situation. But, it may be self-depreciating, or said with experience Ex. the person has lived in that country for many years, and may be either upset at their original country, or even upset at how other's of their race are acting 'too stereotypical'.
