Maybe in Glee they wouldnt always be complaining about how low their budgets are if they spent it on stuff they need like transportation and costumes instead of on random songs and big sets in the auditorium that they dont even perform for anyone except the teacher, amirite?

The costumes and make up, as well as the time from the lighting and music people. That's what is expensive. Take the joke, please.

You make a good point. I noticed this mostly in the episode w/ Gwenyth Paltrow. There were two big numbers w/ outrageous theatrics. The 1 w/ the song from Chicago that Rachel sang w/ her had the weird lights in the background and the song at the end had the elaborate water/rain effect. I get its a tv show and we are supposed 2 understand that when we watch these elaborate performances, but its still unrealistic
