You complain about repeats getting on the homepage, but most people never report them. Sure, some posts will still get overlooked/misjudged, but we could do our jobs better. I always report reposts I see. The potd yesterday got reported a bunch of times, and the real original poster never got credit. That sucks.

This is true, but I wasn't around then and never dug that far back. I'm not in a habit of searching stuff from T-shirt Hell =P I've seen potd fixed before when that happened, so I didn't realize it was such a big deal.

Because at that point it was futile to replace it. The original post had never even been on the HP. Yes, a mistake was made when that post was approved when it was a repeat, but after being POTD for a while, it didn't matter enough.

I used to report reposts a lot and they would NEVER be deleted, so I pretty much just quit, which I know isn't helping the problem. I'll start reporting again, thanks for the reminder!
