+243 It sucks that if we ever do have flying cars, snow can't affect driving conditions, and therefore can't cancel school, amirite?

unless you have to take off like an airplane

if its bad enough to effect you on the ground it would probably effect the way it drives in the air

wind and hail/sleet could also be a factor...plus, the school district and faculty tends to enjoy snowdays as much as the students.

Rain might affect the flight... who knows, school might get cancelled every time there's a storm!

What about the fact it could be blinding? And also, those less fortunate who have to drive a normal car?

By the time that comes around, you most likely won't be in school anyways.

Where I live they'd have 10 feet of snow and still send us to school. But Canadians are hardcore

Same in Norway, where I come from.

My school always closed because me might slip on the ice and get hurt, not because we couldnt get there

Why are there so many YYA's? You still couldnt drive because in the air the visibility is just as bad on the road. Unless you fly above the clouds I guess. But then landing would be the issue.
