Eh, I don't know. They give out scholarships for pretty much anything these days.

Wheelchair is definitely legit because that's a disability. Being a minority isn't, and it shouldn't be thought of that way... Unfortunately, the college's interest isn't to help people with oppressed backgrounds, they just want a 'diverse campus' to show off...
