+519 The skin on the top of your foot feels a lot different from the skin on the bottom of your foot, amirite?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I can't effectively feel the bottom of my foot without tickling it.

Smooth. smirk

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Thank you. I can't help that I have ticklish feet!

by Anonymous 13 years ago

probably because the top of your foot is not constantly having pressure on it all day.

then why is the skin on your palm different than the skin on the top of your hand?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

im not to sure how your hands work, but usually my palms are the part of my hand that is touching everything i touch/pickup.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

how does that make them wrinkly and pink? plus im right handed, i hardley use my left hand for anything except heavy lifting.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

the post isnt talking about what they look like, but what they feel like.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

yeah i know. so what? you're the one that said why you thought they were different, and i disagreed because your hands feel different too and sense i use one hand more than the other but they still feel the same then being used/pressure is not why they feel different.

@974503 (PennieGeeGangstaFarm): then why do you think they feel different if it has nothing to do with their usage?

by Anonymous 13 years ago

-.- because you have different skin there.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

It's because our hands and feet have little ridges to make them able to grip things better : )

by Anonymous 13 years ago

The bottom of the foot is calloused.

*casually starts rubbing foot while having a very deep-in-thought expression on my face* mom: Uhh...what exactly are you doing? O.o *slowly takes hands off of foot* me: Err...nothing.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Awkward stuff like that ALWAYS seems to happen to me :/

by Anonymous 13 years ago

I. feel. your. pain. D:

by Anonymous 13 years ago

i hate when my mom walks in and my stroking my..foot

Why are obvious statements like this even worthy of the homepage? It's not like some people can disagree with you because their feet feel the same way all the way around. This is just a fact, not an opinion.
