Agreed. Mothers don't seem to realise this though... My friends always complain about how they can't find anything back after their mom cleans up their room.

I think it may have to do with the fact that I know where I set things when my room is dirty. When I clean it, I don't take notice of where I set things, I just want my mom to say it's clean enough. If I actually took the effort to organize my room instead of throwing shit in the closet then I would know where things are much easier while my room was clean.
