it's worth 62 points, excluding letter or word bonuses, assuming you are using all seven of your tiles, but if you are adding 'diar' onto the word 'rhea', it is only worth 12 points, once again excluding all letter or word bonuses. Now, that is if you are not completing any other words, in which case you add the points gained from that/those word(s) to the points you have earned from the word 'diarrhea'
