Uh no.. It definitely makes sense.. Alcohol consumption can lead to your liver getting damaged. Something that's pretty common with alcoholics. The pun lies on the store advertising that it makes deliveries but also 'de-liver' refers to the store being a liquor one meaning that it indirectly causes liver problems.
