Thinking is usually too rapid to form into structured words of the English language. It's really hard to explain, but I'm sure we all do it in the same manner.

Yeah, like if someone were throwing something at your face, you don't think "Oh no! There's something coming towards my face! It'll hurt if it hits me, so I should duck!". You kinda just do it.
