+494 Strangers should comfort strangers, just for the sake of doing something nice. You see someone walking down the hall trying to keep from bawling their eyes out, you should talk to them, ask if they're okay. Make them feel like they're not lost and alone in this god forsaken and cruel world, amirite?

Godforsaken is one word

Unless its somebody I hate...then I will laugh. Otherwise I will help them.

True but if someone just came up to me when i was about to cry would just find them annoying

You wrote this but i bet that you never did it even if you had the opportunity.

It sounds nice in writing, but if it were to actually happen, we'd probably tell them to fuck off or something.

If I was walking along the hall trying to keep from bawling my eyes out, the last thing I would want would be to be approached by a stranger.

I would do that and people would be like, "Did I fucking ask you? No. Leave me alone." So usually if people desperately want help, they need to ask for it, because those people ruined it for everyone else

My contact was like ripped so I wasn't actually crying I guess, but a guy (at my school) who has some sort of mental disability came up to me and asked if I was ok and why I was sad; it was so cute haha :B

Its easier to talk to a stranger than a friend so when I fely like crying I wished someone would notice and would ask me why and listen to me, even if its annoying at first everyone needs to talk!

That sounds nice but at my school that could get you punched in the face.

If someone was trying to keep from bawling my eyes out then I leave them, but if they're standing there crying then I comfort them because I would want to be treated the same.
