just because its unhealthy doesnt mean its bad for you, amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
That's the strong implication of the word "unhealthy".

like weed
by Anonymous13 years ago
Right on.
by Anonymous13 years ago
It is bad for you as in kills brain cells.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Well then you are completely misinformed because it does not kill brain cells.
by Anonymous13 years ago
I had to take health this year and a speaker came in every week to talk about that stuff, and he told us it did kill brain cells yet most people say it doesn't...
by Anonymous13 years ago
Ok then, let me put it this way: Weeds kills about as much brain cells as holding your breath for extended periods of time (e.g. when you swim underwater). And yet you don't go on worrying about that, now do you? It is so insignificant that it's not even worth worrying about as long as you don't abuse it ridiculously.

I thought thats exactly what it meant.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Unhealthy means bad for your health.

well chocolate is unhealthy but a little bit isn't bad for you, especially if you are diabetic and need to raise your blood sugar
by Anonymous13 years ago
Ah, well, I should trust the doctor.

teehee
by Anonymous13 years ago
But a little bit of chocolate is not unhealthy. Only excessive amounts are. That example does not support the OP.
by Anonymous13 years ago
It all depends on the situation -.-

"Just because there's a bottle of vodka in my freezer doesn't mean I have to drink it....Oh wait, yes it does."
by Anonymous13 years ago
I guess, if you don't think of "bad for you" in just terms of nutrition.
Like, McDonalds is very unhealthy, however having it a couple times a month could be good, just so you aren't eating salad 24/7.
Eating milkshakes and cake may be unhealthy and provide little nutritional, but if you only indulge once in a while, it's good for your mental state.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Just because you leave the apostrophe out of "it's" doesn't mean that it's the same word.
by Anonymous13 years ago
it's bad for ur body but not bad for YOU hehe
by Anonymous13 years ago
The few examples I can think up for this would be
a) injesting small amounts of poison to build up tolerance
b) cauterizing a wound ('unhealthy' doesn't necessarily pertain to food)
c) getting the chicken pox (you're sick, but you come out stronger)
Plus, if you're a masochist, anything unhealthy automatically becomes "good" for you.
