"You've smoked marijuana, amirite?" You'll laugh if all the people who clicked "yes" on that post get arrested (assuming you're not one of those people), amirite?

Because cops totally spend their time and our tax money on amirite looking for people that say yes to weed posts even though it is very unlikely they could actually prove someone is guilty based on a post, and nearly impossible to find out what jurisdiction someone lives in.

Smoking drugs is illegal. The punishment is WORSE than it is for only possession. In fact, if you smoke the drug, then you are charged with possession anyway. So yeah, you're a dumbass.

Very few people commenting on this post know what they're talking about. The whole "you can get arrested for failing a drug test". No. You can't. Think about it this way: If you go take a drug test for a job, and fail, they wouldn't say "oh looks like we have to call the police, you failed" You can only get arrested for possesion of the drug itself, or paraphernelia.
