Yes but you the annoying people that chew with their mouth open and make god awful smacking noises and bubble popping when you're trying to concentrate!

Yes, it is just gum but when people abuse the right of chewing it by popping it or sticking it everywhere then it gets annoying and ruins it for evewryone else.
