No seriously, my mom just joined some sort of weird cult-like-thing and I'm genuinely concerned for her well-being. My friend's single mom started devoting herself completely to Christianity. A local lady at the store I work at became a Born-again Christian. It's like there's a thing with single moms in particular that makes them go crazy once they hit 50.

I appreciate my mom so much. She's a single mom of twins, and she has raised us both so well. I feel like I appreciate her even more than I would if both parents were in my life.

My mother is a single mom of four kids and I love her very much and she is an amazing mom, but she is incredibly hard to deal with.
