Well this post is different cuz NW votes may not necessarily be a bad thing. They might just be saying, "No, it is not an octopus if it loses its leg" or something, haha :P

but actually, the question asks "is it still an octopus" - it's not making an opinion statement, it's asking a question...so you are saying "yes it's still an octopus".
