As a Jew who gave up a comfortable American 6 bedroom home with my family and my own car to live a life where I can barely afford food just to live in my land you would think I agree but I really really don't. The state of Israel was needed for jews to have a safe place to go to and America serves that purpose way better.

I wouldn't say it was a good thing. Maybe some small country DID come out of it, which is nice I guess, but the deaths of 6,400,000 people is NOT a good thing. In any way.
