Girls: It's almost impossible to have a period without at least one leak, amirite?
by Anonymous13 years ago
I don't fully understand this post. I could ask, but I'd rather remain blissfully ignorant.

There goes my appetite.

Try tampons.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Can't sleep with tampons in.

I sleep with tampons in....
by Anonymous13 years ago
You really shouldn't, but okay. :/
by Anonymous13 years ago
Why not? It says you can sleep with them in up to 8 hours.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Of course you can sleep with them in! You can wear them for 8 hours, and even if you leave it in a little longer, nothing will happen. It would take days and you'd already have to already have the bacteria in you to get TSS like that.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Yes you can. I always sleep with them in.

Yay another period post!

My brain thinks in terms of pictures and this post just ...it just... I'm at a loss for word.
NO.

No More Period Posts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dudes need to get over themselves, especially the straight ones, 'cuz you're gonna have to deal with it if you ever get a girl.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Not since I got my Diva Cup! It's glorious.
by Anonymous13 years ago
I'm going to start using a menstrual cup, too. I've ordered one and am excited for it to get here. :)

It's frustrating the first few periods, but seriously don't give up on it. Once you get the hang of it you'll think it's the best decision you've ever made. I hardly even notice my periods anymore, even my cramps are improved.
by Anonymous13 years ago
Can you explain what that is?
by Anonymous13 years ago
a cup that goes in your vagina to catch the ickyick, that you empty and rinse each time you go to the bathroom. Somin' like that...
by Anonymous13 years ago
Post below has the idea, but I'd like to remove the disgusted tone lol. It's a siLicon cup you insert like a tampon, it catches the blood instead of absorbing it, and you can wear it for up to 12 hours depending on your flow. Then you take it out, give it a thorough rinse, and reinsert. Boil it to sterilize at the end of each period and you can use it for at least a couple years. It doesn't have all the chemicals that come with pads and tampons so you bleed less and smell fresher, and avoid absorbing toxins. Plus it saves money and makes less waste. It might sound icky when you first hear about it but I definitely recommend googling some reviews, for every negative comment there's a hundred women in love with theirs.
