so according to your theory, while you are a young adult, or even a toddler, you are dying, because the body is decaying over time...thats like saying a cup being filled with water is emptying(dying/living) because the water will evaporate over time

no, it's like saying a cup filled with water is emptyING, not empty. and if you think about it (not to be pessimistic) it's true-every moment that you are living, you are also dying because you are getting closer to your death.

It's not the same thing as saying filling a cup is emptying it. emptying is removing while filling is adding. On the other hand dying is progressing to death while living is not progressing to life but using/moving through life ergo the same thing as dying. It's only pessimistic if you consider death a bad thing; death is necessary. As for the evaporation part you are replacing living with growing, which is only a part of life. We keep living after we stop growing. So if filling is living than the cup would be filled constantly and would continue to fill so long as the flow is greater than the rate of evaporation. If not then yes, the cup is emptying while being filled.
