The Uke takes the Seme's last name, of course!~

That statement was offensively heteronormative. In a normal homosexual relationship, there is no "seme+uke". There is no dominant and submissive; no man and woman. There are just two men. Or two women. - and that's it. That's sorta the definition.

Cool story, bro. So people aren't allowed to say Seme and Uke about real life people? Guess my ex-girlfriend and I were offending each other.

Seme's?

by Anonymous 14 years ago

The seme is the "man" in the relationship (or the person usually on top) and the uke is the "woman" in the relationship (or the person usually on the bottom). I blame yaoi for my knowledge of this.

I would have to think that they would have both last names . . ?

Maybe they decide...

What a bunch of ignorant sots you all are. The taking of names is an arcatic, out of date practice perpetuated by you heterosexuals. In a gay relationship we keep our names just as they are.
