I guess stakeholders need to bring visitors to their website. Maybe the plan is to distribute hard business-centric political ads to stakeholders, usually communities, encouraging them to visit their site with a pitch virtually unlike "if amirite.net gets x amount pf visitors, teh money YOU don8 2day will b used to-" essentially provide some arbitrarily set amount of international aid, usually base necessities of mastlovs (sp?) pyramid to victims of earthquake. But I donno. I'm honestly stupid. Honesty, stupid :-)
